So many companies don’t get the reason why consumers buy their products or services. Yes, the product needs to work – that’s fundamental – but it’s more about how that product makes the purchaser/user feel that sets it apart from the other companies. Suzuki also makes cars that will get you from point A to point B, but I doubt they’re focused on the intangible aspects of why consumers bought their car.
